How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our handmade items are crafted and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your country and postal service.
Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days after processing. During the Christmas season, please allow a few extra days due to high demand.
Can I personalize my order?
Of course! Many of our pieces — like our Tree Baubles or Wooden Bear Family — can be engraved with your chosen names.
Just add your personalization details before checkout. When leaving the message with personalized names please make sure about the spelling, capital letters, and small letters.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
At the moment, we don’t offer separate gift wrapping. However, each item is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully — ready to be gifted as it is!
