If that happens, please contact us with photos, and we’ll send a refund:
Apply for a refund if any items you ordered arrive damaged.
Apply for a refund if your package is indicated as “lost in transit” on its tracking details.
If your package isn’t delivered within 35 days after shipment, you can apply for a refund.
